1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Age of Robots Idea Baby Daycare ("the App"), you

agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not

use the App.

2. Description of Service

Age of Robots is a creative idea capture and curation app that allows users to:

• Submit and store creative ideas
• Have ideas reviewed and cleaned up by AI
• Share approved ideas publicly with proof of ownership

3. User Accounts

• You may sign in using Apple Sign-In
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App

4. User Content

Your Rights: You retain ownership of all ideas you submit ("User Content").

License to Us: By submitting ideas for public sharing, you

grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and

transmit your content through our social webhook integrations.

Content Guidelines: You agree not to submit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or threatening
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech or discrimination
• Promotes violence or illegal activities

5. AI Processing

• Ideas may be processed by AI for rewriting and safety review
• AI-generated content remains your property
• Safety scores are automated and may not be perfect

6. Proof of Ownership

• The App generates proof tokens for published ideas
• These tokens help verify idea ownership but are not legal proof of intellectual property rights
• For formal IP protection, consult a legal professional

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer the App
• Interfere with the App's security features
• Use automated systems to access the App

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT

GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR

ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM

YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.
